In summer 2009 I made a survival winter theme map. As left4dead1 doesn't have any snow/winter materials/models I "made" some to fit the theme. I release all the content I used in this pack.

Please keep in mind that a lot of those contents are retouched from Valve models and textures. Snow_flr and frozen_grass are from cgtextures.com.

All the paths start with grippy it's only for some practicals uses when I made the .VPK. I'm just to lazy to change all the path with something like winter. This unique path prevent files corruptions: the officials models aren't overwritten. In short you can use the winter version and the normal version (offical) in the same map.

They only appear on the blend_snow_grass texture, frozen grass side.

Installation:

Unzip winter_pack.zip in C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common
The pack support Left4dead1 and Left4dead2.
The pack also include a winter.vmf located in sdk_content\mapsrc after installation.
